How to stop someone from hacking your phone

Hello Gchilli, welcome back to the Samsung Community! I can certainly understand your frustration when it comes to suspecting someone of hacking your device. Should you find that none of these steps worked for you; we would like to have a technician take a look into this matter. Please send me or another moderator a private message with the following information:

 

1. Model Code

2. IMEI

3. First and Last name

4. Physical Home address

5. Bill of sale

6. Best contact number & Alternate contact number

7. Place of purchase

8. Email address

log out of ALL accounts on the compromised device. put the compromised device in airplane mode to prevent any further network connections. from a separate, secure device, change all account passwords and enable 2FA where possible. once you have reset account passwords and set up 2FA where possible, back up data and factory reset the compromised phone.

Stop sharing your passwords and don't let anyone but you touch your phone.  If you have already been compromised, follow the advice from @innergray
