Does anyone know of anyway to do Call Screening on the Samsung A15? When I say call screening I am meaning when someone calls you a assistant will answer the call and see who it is before I accept the call?
That feature is not available in the Samsung dialer. There may be other phone apps that perform this function. You can look in the Play store. It is not a requirement that you use the Samsung dialer.

Because the Google call screening is only available for Pixel devices. It's exclusive to Pixel. There are other dialer apps that may have it, potentially with ads, but unknown how intrusive those ads may be. Read the descriptions and the reviews.
Oh, man, whatever did we do in the old days, before caller ID and answering machines, when we just answered the phone when it rang or just let it ring if we didn't want to answer at that time?

While some might find call screening as a useful feature, I don't. By using this handy feature, you end up with more spam calls.
I do not answer any calls that aren't in my contacts. If it is important, they will leave a voicemail. I have my voicemail message stating this fact, if important please leave a message and I will get back to you promptly
