How to stop auto-scrolling text under or next to buttons in the Quick Panel

On my new Galaxy A15, when I pull down twice from the top of my Home Screen to get to what I gather is called the "Quick Panel", the Quick Share, the Eye comfort shield and the Dark mode buttons all have text that automatically scrolls by, back and forth.  Yes, call me temperamental, but I cannot stand automatic animations and scrolling, whether on a cell phone, a tablet, laptop, etc.  If you're old enough, think of MS's obnoxious "Clippy" which they imposed on us, back in the day.  This gratuitous screen motion intensely aggravates and distracts me and I hate my new Samsung phone simply b/c of it!  Please help me make it stop.

They do that rather than truncate longer text that won't fit in the field they designed for it. There is, after all, only so much screen real estate. How much time do you spend looking at the quick panel anyway? If you have OneUI7 on that phone (or are going to get it), I understand you can take the captions off, which would mean no scrolling. They only do the scroll on the Quick Panel, probably precisely because it would be an annoyance to look at all the time. Captions under the app icons are truncated, not animated. I agree with you; there should be a way to stop it. Some people are incredibly sensitive to things like that.

It's so non avtribisive, I don't even notice it. Had to actually look now, yep, then went on my way. Hardly noticeable maybe if it was right there in my face Al day, but non existent for the time it takes me to swipe down and go where I need to be.
