I've got magic text message I'm liking it in play store allows Customization at the I did see ad but its not stopping me from texting

Can you describe what happened more clearly?  Did you try to send an RCS message to someone who does not have RCS without first turning on the toggle to resend as SMS? Can you put up a screen shot of any error message you got (including the "not sent" designation).  Did it only happen with one contact, or can you not send any message to anyone?  Are you able to receive messages?
