Let me start by saying I love this laptop. With at said. I am finding it difficult to find a dock that can handle the 140W power requirement.
It seems that to fully utilize the RTX GPU with an external monitor I need to use a USB-c to DVI cable. FYI, that cable allows me to run my Odyssey G8 OLE at its full 240FPS.
The problem is, with one USB-C used for the monitor and one USB-C for the 140W Power, I only have a USB-a port left. I tried to run the Power adapter thru the PD on multiple docks and cannot find one that supports 140W to the Laptop. Most will say 140W but only supply 100W to the laptop. Because of this. The most that can be achieved with a decking station on this laptop is 4k@144FPS .
Am I missing something?
Is there a dock that allows this laptop to achieve its full protentional?
Why didn't Samsung build and sell a dock that can handle such a beast of a laptop. I would buy it if they did.
