ComputersI am trying to use a right-angle USB - C adapter to connect my Galaxy Book 4 Edge to my Mokin Thunderbolt 4 docking station. The adapter allows for 40 Gbps data and 240W transfers. I tried plugging this in to both my USB-C ports. This resulted in an error (USB-C device not recognized). I tried updating the drivers to the ports, but they are already showing up as up to date. I also went into the power management options and disabled my PC from turning off the USB-C ports to save power. Neither of these options worked. I also tried restarting my device, but that resulted in the same outcome. Is there a way to fix this? I notice that It has happened with other USB-C 4 cables as well. Please note, I have been using all Thunderbolt 3/4 compatible peripherals and if I connect my computer directly to my power dock, it works, but not when using the adapters. Any help with this is appreciated.
Thanks!
