I recently purchase a galaxy book 3 ultra and a galaxy s23 ultra. Since I've gotten them I've been trying to set up multi control without any success. Multi control, wifi, and Bluetooth is toggled on, all sharing the same internet connection and using the same samsung account information.
The computer recognizes and connects with the phone via windows link, but no multi control. I can set up screen share between the computer and tab s8.
I was hoping someone can help, I've tried modifying my network connection to get my phone and computer to be on the same frequency without any success.
I have, not quite the same and a bit clunky. Don't get me wrong, I am able to make other methods work, but I paid for a feature that isn't working. They advertise that it's there but not how to troubleshoot if there are any issues.
