ComputersI attempted a zoom call the other day and found that my camera/microphone are not working on my laptop any longer. (It did work at one time, but it's been at least a year since I last tried.) Windows Device Manager does not list a camera, and the WIndows Settings for Camera indicates 'No cameras found'.
When I go to the Samsung support page and try to search for my model, the page tells me that my model does not exist!
The back of the laptop clearly shows a model of NP950QDB, and near the serial number further down it shows Manufactured in Vietnam BA98-02934A10 NP950QDB-KB3US.
Am I incorrect in assuming that the full model number is NP950QDB-KB3US?
Where can I get the correct Windows 11 drivers for my built-in camera?

ComputersIf device manager is not showing the camera, a driver is not going to help you here. If it was showing the camera and the camera was not working, that's where a driver comes in. Open Device manager, right click on your computer name and scan for hardware changes, see if the camera and microphone come up. You may have to go to Windows settings and doing a windows recovery to reinstall Windows. Be aware that if you go that route, you will be able to keep your personal files, but you will have to reinstall most programs. If the camera/mic don't come up as hardware, then you may have a motherboard problem. If you want to leave well enough alone, and everything else seems to be working, I highly recommend just adding an inexpensive USB camera and attaching it when you need it.
