Notebook can't access internet

I've had a Samsung notebook model NP350XBE KD1BR since December 2019 and haven't used it very often. 

Last night tried to access internet and it connects to WiFi but doesn't access the internet. On online chat with Samsung support I was told to use a cable for internet and download newest driver. But even through cable I can't access the internet, which seems the driver isn't the problem.

I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information, and look at this from a case by case basis please provide the full model code and serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
