Paint error on cover

Hello, last week, I bought new laptop from a mobile center and there is a paint problem on the cover. Is that rejected PC from factory? Can I change it back? The center told me that they would not exchange with with new because of it's factory error and not their fault.

Where did you buy it, and are you within your return period

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, this would be considered a cosmetic issue. And would be unable to offer any assistance. It would be recommended to take this back for an exchange as out-of-warranty service would be the only other option.
