So I was told that I would receive an email within 14 days of getting my Chromebook with instructions on redeeming my free year of Google One? I received the Chromebook on June 23rd, so it's well within the time frame.

I contacted Samsung chat again and that rep told me it can take 15 to 35 days to receive the email. So we'll see.
