Verizon Visual Voice-mail not working

I am unable to get any Voice-mail messages. Galaxy Ultra 21.

I cleared data and cache, l9gged back in, and am still receiving the error.

If you haven’t already, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue. Verizon only supports their special Visual Voicemail app on a Verizon branded Galaxy S21 which isn't supported on the OneUI 4 beta program.

Shouldn't I still get my Voice-mail the regular way? And my visual Voice-mail worked fine on the old UI.
