I have a ZFold7. I was using Good Lock's RegiStar app pretty heavily with no issues. About 3-4 weeks ago, the back tap function stopped working. I've tried disabling and enabling the feature, deleting and reinstalling RegiStar (and made sure it was up to date) and power cycling the phone. The feature appears to just not work at all anymore. Anybody else ever experience this issue or have any other tips how to fix it?
You should go to Support here in the Members app and run the diagnostics for the Sensors in your phone and see if anything fails the testing. If so, you can create and submit feedback to Samsung tech support right there too.
