I have had Care+ since October on my watch, phone, and tablet. It doesn't show in my about section or in the members app. When I try to connect it to my account online it says it's already connected to an account and has to be unlinked first however the account shown is MY ACCOUNT. I've tried unlinking and relinking many times. Calling customer service is of no help
