Enable Bixby Text Call to all incoming call display types

To answer calls using Bixby Text Call it only works when your default call display settings are set to full screen. Is there a way I don't know about or Samsung could this update to allow you to answer using Bixby Text Call?

Please make a answer button with Bixby option on small and mini pop-up, currently only has the option for full screen. 

Also make it available on flex screen on z flip 5 . So I can screen call without opening the phone.
