Fold & Flip PhonesHello, @usercr6NykQvHq! Have you tried clearing your cache partition?
Clearing old cached data can help prevent conflicts with new system files after a system update. Here’s how you can do it:
Power Off the Phone
Turn off your device completely.
Enter Recovery Mode
Press and hold Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time.
When the Samsung logo appears, release both buttons.
Wait for the Recovery Menu to appear.
Navigate to Wipe Cache Partition
Use the Volume buttons to scroll to “Wipe Cache Partition.”
Press the Power button to select it.
Confirm the Action
Highlight “Yes” using the Volume buttons.
Press Power to confirm.
Reboot the Device
Once the process is complete, select “Reboot System Now.”
Press Power to restart your phone.
I also recommend clearing the app’s cache data and making sure the app is up-to-date for the best performance.
Let us know if this helps!

Fold & Flip PhonesHave you tried starting your phone in Safe Mode?
This is a quick way to check if a recently installed app might be causing the issue. If everything works fine in Safe Mode, then an app is likely the culprit.
Here’s how you can do it:
Option 1: Using the Power Menu
Press and hold Power and Volume Down together until the power menu appears.
Touch and hold Power off.
Tap Safe mode and wait for your phone to restart.
You’ll know it worked when you see “Safe mode” in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Option 2: From the Quick Settings
Swipe down from the top of the screen to open Quick Settings.
Tap the power icon (circle with a vertical line) in the top-right corner.
Touch and hold Power off.
Tap Safe mode and wait for the restart.
Once you’re in Safe Mode, use your phone for a bit. If the problem doesn’t happen, then an app is likely the cause. You can start removing recently installed apps one by one until the issue is resolved.
