Google pay not working

I was but I opt out now it downloaded 8.5 early how do i go back like how I fix it

Try this, go to settings, Google services, all services, System services, look for a Google Play Services update.

If that doesn't work and you don't want to do what @Pianodude58 suggested, you will have to switch to Samsung Wallet until stable releases.

It did give me a option to do the beta services it says updating

Did you not read the part of how to leave the Beta and rollback?
