Has anyone else had issues with Servify having enough product to repair their phone. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a screen repair and the technician said he has to check back in 2 more weeks. This is not acceptable for an insurance that I paid for in advance. Their suggestion is to get a replacement phone at my cost. Why am I being punished for their lack of having proper parts?

So now they have cancelled my claim since it has been 15 days. Despite the fact that I am still waiting for my phone to be fixed. Their suggestion is for me to keep checking back to see if the Ubreak has the part. But how will they order the part if they don't have a claim. This is ridiculous. I originally was buying my phones with Samsung because they seemed to care about their customers and it was an unlocked phone, more color choices etc. but this hassle is making me think that this is not worth the money I am paying for insurance or for this phone.
