If you talking about restart as part of device care, then go to system settings and under device care disable auto rest

Hi UserImvcnQuntE 🙂
Anytime an update happens a restart is required to optimize the system and apps. If you have auto optimize turned on in device care that will also allow auto restarts to happen. I do recommend allowing your device to auto restart through device care as this keeps your system to full clear cache and keep the device system feeling fresh and clean. However user preference is up to you 😊 If you choose to turn off auto restart their is a widget option to clear cache on your home screen. I hope this helps 🙏 💕

Samsung noticed the unusual restarts and said they would fix it. It would just restart when it felt like it. No updates when this happens. Hoping for the best

Hello!  @userImvcnQuntE, Welcome to the Samsung Community! I completely understand your frustration with these random restarts - having your device reboot unexpectedly is incredibly disruptive. We recommend checking if a rogue 3rd party app is conflicting with the system and causing these random restarts. You can safely isolate this by booting into Safe Mode using the following steps:

1. Boot Into Safe Mode

Swipe down to open Quick Settings and tap the Power icon.

Touch and hold the Power off icon on your screen.

Tap the green Safe Mode prompt to reboot.

(Your downloaded apps will be grayed out, and "Safe Mode" will show at the bottom).

2. Test and Observe

Use your phone normally for a few hours using only pre-installed apps.

3. Analyze the Results

If it STOPS restarting: A third-party app is the culprit. Restart normally to exit Safe Mode, then uninstall your most recent apps one by one.

If it KEEPS restarting: The issue is likely tied to a corrupted system cache or hardware.
Give this a try and let us know the results!
