Remote unlock on smart things find disabled

I wish I would have known this 5 DAYS AGO. SO, my samsung fold is now permanently locked in "lost mode" because I initially called samsung care plus to assist me with a non responsive screen. After the lastest software update I lost wifi capabilities and soon after the main inner screens went black and a couple days later the outer screen would not respond to touch so I was unable to enter my pin. I got connected to a samsung representative in India, who instructed me to go to the smartthings find app and enter my pin and put phone in "lost mode" and I explained the phone wasn't lost as I had it in my hand. He said "its okay you will enter the pin and put it in lost mode but then reenter the pin and it will unlock the phone remotely. After 4 EXCURSIATING HOURS, the technician and I find out that samsung disabled the remote unlock feature 2 years ago!!! How is it possible that samsung's own agents were not given this information? I realize he was trying to help and to be fair, I did appreciate it but now my phone is a brick and samsung care plus sent me to a ubreakifix dealer and they are going into a new ownership transition so they are not accepting samsung care plus for several months so they can't help me through assurion, which is what I pay for. So what's the point in paying for additional insurance that I can't use to gain assistance?? 
Now the last samsung agent told me to plug my phone into a laptop via a USB c cable and THE PHONE PUT ITSELF in AIRPLANE MODE so now I'm completely s c r.e.w.ed because I can't erase the or reset the data nor remove it from Google hub, which is what is required by my phone carrier in order to do a replacement of a refurbished phone. This is a complete mess and so stressful. My carrier tells me that only samsung can take it off lost mode, samsung tells me my carrier is the only one that can unlock it remotely via a e Sim app, blah blah blah Noone knows what's going on and I have screenshots after screenshots showing "8 hrs and 47 minutes wait to reach a chat representative, with 580 people in front of me" and so much for 24/7 samsung care plus availability because you can never reach anyone. I had to stay up until 2 or 3 in the morning for 3 days waiting for the text message to come through to get "help" from samsung. What a waste of time and energy and money spent on samsung care plus.
Can someone please tell me WHY SAMSUNG DID NOT INFORM ALL THEIR AGENTS THAT THE REMOTEL UNLOCK FEATURE WAS DISABLED 2 YEARS AGO?? and lastly, after waiting on hold for 2 hours today, I got ahold of a samsung rep that was having a bad day and taking it out on me and told me the only option was to reset and delete all my data off my phone and as soon as he started to give me the instructions, he acted like he couldn't hear me and placed his phone on mute and acted like I couldn't tell he muted the phone and then hung up on me. Don't they know, we can actually see our phone and can tell between "call lost" (due to wifi or network issues) and call disconnected because they hung up? Geesh!

My phone says its locked and no service but im still using carrier is spectrum. It always saying call them to get it unlocked. Is all because I was trying use an esim 1762896584490.jpg

Now my carrier some how got bumped from default Sim to esim. The esim is now my primary but I cant activate because of a lock from spectrum. Im under the impression that it cant be unlocked unless your spectrum. You talking about the remote unlock feature has me
