I dropped my phone and it was destroyed.
I followed the process and brought it into a repair center The repair center canceled my repair.
I was told by the technician that he was going to mark the phone as unreparable and then I would get a replacement but he went canceled the repair and refunded my deductible there's no way not to go into a repair center and talk with Samsung directly about my dissatisfaction I just get into this endless loop of asurion.
I am looking for information around how to contact Samsung directly to express my dissatisfaction and to get my claim resolved.

Did UBIF guve you a reason for cancelling the repair? You should contact Samsung Care+ directly and find out what needs to be done. I'm sure there's a number in your documentation.
