Galaxy BudsHi @Johnnied34, thanks for reaching out to the Samsung Community. I imagine It's frustrating to not get the quality bass sound out of your new buds compared to an older pair. I want to try and help make this better for you.
First, I want to turn off the battery optimization for the audio app, you will go into Settings on the device and then tap Apps. Search for and select the audio app. Tap Battery and then select Unrestricted.
Once this is done if you are still noticing the weaker bass quality I want you to check and make sure the software is up to date on the buds in the Galaxy Wearable app. Then give both the phone and buds a quick restart.
I am going to link an article that can help improve your sound quality:
https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10007437/
Here is also a video from YouTube to help with your equalizer settings there may be some things in here you can change that you didn't know about:

Please let me know if any of this helps out!
