I have no idea why after the new update for my Buds 3 pro, the ANC(Active Noise Canceling) is literally garbage,at first when i bought them they were so good it was insane,if i had that mode activated,i couldn't listen to anything outside and now is like they are not even working. Any ideas or tips to fix?

Hi @Joseph3o5, Welcome to the Samsung Community. That sounds really frustrating what your ANC isn't working with you Buds 3 pro anymore. I would be more than happy to help you out.

The first thing I would suggest is to restart the buds by placing them into your charging case and close the lid, leave them for 7 seconds then remove the buds this will restart them, and they should automatically reconnect to your phone.

If you are still experiencing the ANC issue you can try a Factory Reset of the buds. You will go into the Wearable app> tap on About Buds> Tap Reset earbuds> and then Reset again to confirm.

This is a link is a step-by-step guide of how to restart and reset in case you need to see the visual.

Lastly if you continue to have the ANC issues I would recommend taking them to an authorized service center.

We have walk-in locations, here is a link to find a location near you:

If there is no walk-in, you can set up service to have the device sent in to us using this link:
