Galaxy BudsHi everyone,
I'm using Galaxy Buds3 Pro connected via Bluetooth to a Thinkpad T14 Gen 5 laptop and experiencing an issue where the earbuds automatically disconnect after a while. Windows then shows "No output devices found," and I cannot use the external speakers. I have to reset the laptop to use the external speakers again and reconnect the Buds3 Pro, but the connection is lost again after some time. After that, I tried turning Bluetooth off and back on, and the earbuds reconnected automatically. Also, there is a notification from Dolby Access notified that the Headphones are connected. However, at this point, the laptop's external speakers were unavailable, and "Headphones" appeared instead of "Speaker" as before. When I open Device Manager, I see there is a device named Avcrp Transport is installed. I keep on testing the the earbuds are not disconnected anymore. I also tried using Jabra headphones with my laptop, and there were no issues.
I have tried updating Windows, as well as the audio and Bluetooth drivers, but it has not resolved the issue.
If anyone has experience addressing this, please comment to help.
Thank you very much.
