Galaxy BudsHello,
I have a query about my Buds3 Pro. I got them in September last year and have been using them with a Galaxy 25. For a while now I've been having some trouble, particularly with the left earbud. When I am outdoors listening to music, the sound from my left earbud would change randomly. It sounds filtered, as if all the bass has been removed. The only way I found to make it go away is to jiggle the earbud a little bit, then the earbud would make a "zoom" sound and the sound quality would return to normal, but you can imagine why this can be really annoying.
I believe this might have to do with the active noise cancelling, but I tried turning it off completely and the resulting sound quality is really low, even worse than my previous earbuds that were a third of the price of these. I've also noticed that this change happens whenever the buds pick up on some white noise in the environment, it can be a car hissing by, the sound of the rain, or even the wind blowing, so it ends up happening pretty much all the time.
I want to know if this is due to a faulty device, or if there is a setting that I can try to make the sound consistent and good. I've tried all the combination I could think of to no avail.
Thank you for your support.
