I sent my ear buds in for repair, this is the 2nd time and I take immaculate care of my electronics so they have to be a faulty pair, anyways Samsung received them on 2/5/21. It's now 4/14/21 and I still have not got my buds back. I'm sick of this, I've called numerous times and been on hold for long periods of time every single time. I've updated my address and they still ask for the same info every time I call. How hard is it to send me my pods!? Who can I contact with out calling because I just repeat the process every single time I call. I'm sick of this, I don't even want the pods back, can't I just get my money back please! I'll try a different brand, this is the worse service I've ever had. I just want my music back.
