Hi all! I have a Galaxy Note10+ and have been noticing a dimming of the display at random times. It doesn't help to turn it up, and I don't have adaptive lighting turned on. It's not Bixby anything and I don't know what either could be or how to fix it. Has anyone else experienced this?
My 2nd issue is after days ago I noticed an app in my apps list that I didn't download, and couldn't find a reason for on my phone (at least to me). It's just called Files, has no other identifying information with it, so I've been sort of worried... it's not related to My Files as far as I can tell so hoping someone can offer some help. I've added screenshots of it in my Apps list to help.
