Cannot connect stylus note 9

Frustrated. Cannot connect my new stylus.

Try shutting off the phone 4/22 power back on and do a network reset

If it ain't that then it must be a stylist problem either you got the wrong stylus for your phone or you ain't getting the right one

The stylus work but just keep saying it is disconnected.

@userM7FE9klKRh Try this:

1. Insert the new stylus into the S Pen storage/connection slot.
2. Slide down from the top of your screen to access the Quick Start menu.
3. Then, slide down again to display more options.
4. Locate the "S Pen air actions" icon. If it is highlighted/on, click it to turn it off.
5. Click the "S Pen air actions" icon again to turn it on.
6. You will get a prompt at the bottom of the screen. Select "Connect new S Pen."

Please note that removing the S Pen from the storage/connection slot will interrupt the pairing process.
