Continuous pop up.

this pop up message keeps coming up every few seconds..over and over and over..non-stop. it comes up if I'm connected to my home wifi or not..doesn't make a difference.  Also, my internet is fine. WHAT IS CAUSING IT AND HOW DO I FIX IT!!!!
