At one point I remember making shortcuts for text messaging people on my home screen(contacts).

How do you do this? For the life of me I couldn't find out how to do this again?

I believe I went into the edge feature and from there I didnt - Could someone suggest some workflow to get this done.

Thanks again.

See if this works- prob too late - Nevre the Less:

Settings -> scroll down to (1)About Phone

Click (1)About Phone  -> Scroll down to (2) Software information

Click on (2) Software information  -> Scroll to each Item you said you needed  ( Baseband version, android version,  service provider)  hold your finger down until it says Copied to Clipboard

Go to Clipboard however you want too in any app.

Say Notes: tap on the note and the keyboard opens up, within keyboard settings you will see a clipboard, select that and you will see previously saved items.

Hope this Helps!
