Do Not Disturb disables sound everywhere on my phone?

Apparently turning on do not disturb on my Note 20 Ultra totally kills the sound everywhere on my phone?  This did not happen before the last update grrrrr...

Settings>notifications>do not disturb>allow exceptions>media
