Extreme order delay

I ordered an A17 5g on July 2nd 2026 and I am still waiting on my order! Checking on my order status, I see "your order should be delivered by 11th of July" and yet I see that the order has been stuck on "preparing to be shipped" for 2 weeks. Contacting customer support has been completely futile as they keep repeating that same generic patronizing answer asking to be patient. 

I find it extremely unethical for Samsung to allow people to place orders on items that they know are not widely available! It is INFURIATING!

I don't know if others are having the same experience!

You dont want this phone. I say this cause my sister in law had it and it ran very very slow. She was ready to throw it against the wall. I gave her my old s24 ultra and she is very happy with it. Don't get it.

Thank you Linda1962 for sharing your experience! With this price i of course don't expect it to be fit for heavy duty usage which is why i thought it would be just fine. But after waiting for so unbelievably long i think i will just cancel my order.

Good idea. Maybe go to your carrier and see if you're due for a free upgrade. Maybe it won't cost you anything.
