Feature request: Caller ID and spam protection on Note 20 Ultra

I have a note 20, and that phone has this feature. But I have a note 20 ultra as well, but the note 20 ultra does not have this feature.

One unlocked and the other carrier branded? If I remember correctly carriers may have their own through the carrier level and opt out of branding the phones they get.
