Galaxy Note 10 Wireless charging issue

So, recently I've moved, and haven't tried charging my Samsung Galaxy Note10 in a while, so I figured I'd see if it still works

Well as soon as I placed it on the pad, it says "Wireless Charging paused" and doesn't charge Wirelessly

How can I fix this?

@FanTKK19 That phone is 7 years old. Are you using a compatible wireless charging pad?

I was using the new 7-in-1 Acer one!

@FanTKK19 There is nothing in the description of that device that indicates it supports anything before the S23.

It charged it fine before I moved!
