Why are you shouting? Why would you even want your home screen to keep changing? It's a simple matter to change wallpaper manually when you get bored of the one you have. You can probably create a routine to change wallpapers at specific intervals. Play around with routines.

is already a thing for the lockscreen... why not for the homescreen... why do I need to create a "routine" to change wallpapers when it is just a matter of selecting all the photos I want. You don't want it, don't use it, I want it, I will use it

Because Samsung chise not to include that feature, so if you want it, you create a routine to do it, that's what modes snd routines are for. Or, you download a 3rd party app.

the program code already exists. They can just add the home screen to it... yes they are multiple 3rd party apps I can use but why do I need to add another app when it just can be a simple added feature to the OS

Because they chose not to do it and if you want it, *you* have to find an alternate way to get what you want. Even though the moderator said they were passing the request on, that does not mean that it will ever be acted upon (it depends on how much interest/requests they get for it), and if it is, it's not going to happen immediately.  It's not as if @userg5d3qcg47m snaps their fingers and the developers are just going to hop to it.

Feedback and feature requests get submitted via the feedback link in the support tab if this app. This is a peer to peer help forum, not a direct line to the development team. Still does not mean any given request will ever be acted upon, so if you want something, you have to find a way to have it until (if ever) it is acted upon.
