Galaxy Note PhonesOh no! I am very sorry to hear that you are locked out of your newly acquired Note 9, and can understand the frustration and inconvenience. If your phone or tablet is not recognizing your PIN, pattern, password, fingerprint or face unlock, rebooting the device or entering Safe Mode can help solve the problem. Sometimes you may be prompted to try an alternate method, like your password. The Find My Mobile site can also help you unlock your device. If those steps do not help resolve the screen lock, you would need to send the device in for service. You can find your service options at https://samsung.com/us/support/service
