How to cast to my TV on my Note 9?

I have a Note 9. My ASUS phone was able to cast to my TV. How about my Note 9? Thanks.

An older flat screen Sharp/Aquos. On my ASUS phone it was Connected devices/Cast/Chromecast/Family Room TV

My note 10 used to be able to cast then all of a sudden the option disappeared

You should be able to via Smart View or Smart Things.which can be found in your pull down/quick notifications shade.
