Galaxy Note Phones@Drewman753 That is the Accessibility menu. To remove it:
- Open settings
- Click on Accessibility
- Click on Advanced settings
- Click on Accessibility button/gesture
- Click on Select actions
- Turn off everything on this screen.
- Mark as New

Galaxy Note Phones@Drewman753 for a troubleshooting step, boot into safe mode. If that item is gone while booted in safe mode, then you know it is a 3rd party app causing it.

Galaxy Note PhonesTry to go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Accessibility settings. Take note that it may ask for a pin or password if you have one setup.
