Managing mail in two devices

Can I delete an email on Note 9 and have it deleted on Tab A simultaneously? Don't want to go through same emails twice. Thanks

Yes, as long as the email account is configured as an IMAP account on both devices.

If it's a gmail go onto your phone and open settings google and security. Hit sign out of all devices. That's all you have to do if it's a gmail.
