I have been having problems accessing onedrive through the My Files app. I've tried signing out then back in I keep get a error message when I attempt to sign back in. Some suggestions says to sign out from the onedrive app and sign back in. Upon doing so i still get error when going ro my files.. I really hope I do not need ro do a factory reset fearing all my my files info would be erased.
