The Samsung website specs says that the LTE model of the Note 10+ has the hybrid sim trays that has dual sim capability. Received my Note 10+ and only see a sim/micro sd tray. Samsung has posted very misleading information since I assumed it meant that all world wide models will have dual sim trays. Does the U.S. varient never get dual sim?
Unfortunately US variants don't get dual sim tray, it is only for international market devices. For US models it is usually one Sim tray and one SD card tray.
