Anyone upgraded and found it worth the upgrade?

It is an upgrade only if the changes they made matter to you. The upgraded refresh rate, camera and battery is enough for an advanced user to upgrade. If you are a casual user where you mainly just use your phone for call, text and social media then I would say it's not worth the upgrade.

The 5G makes sense. If you don't use your S pen take a look at the S21 Ultra too if you haven't already. I'm not trying to get to go away from the Note just trying to save you some money and get a great phone at the same time.
