So my unlocked Note 20 Ultra purchased direct from Sam still says its software is up to date with the June security patch. Now I'm seeing articles already about the August patch rolling out.
@GreatCornholio What carrier are you using? Depends on when they release it.
My unlocked Note 20 Ultra 5G purchased direct from Samsung is using AT&T. They pushed the July update on July 31. Then they pushed the August update today.
Since I switched to unlocked Note 20 ultra my monthly updates have happened in a timely fashion with the exception of July 2021. With my previous unlocked S10+ updates were more like what we experienced with last month's update. Maybe a month or 2 late. Hopefully going forward updates will happen quickly. Not really concerned with feature updates but I like security patches to be up to date.
