Who else is having problems with their front camera not working, after taking a forced update? I have done everything, including a factory reset. Nothing has worked and Samsung refuses to help. Their answer is to take my phone in to get serviced. I'm not paying to fix something that their update caused!

The updates aren't forced. You agreed to them when you set up your phone. Find a place near you that fixes samsung devices or see if you can rollback your update

They said they can't undo any updates. I consider it forced when I can't opt out. There is no reason why they can't optional, like they used to be. Not all older models can handle the updates. Just a way to force people to get new phones.
