Note 9 Keeps Dropping Wifi

My old Note 9 keeps dropping the wifi...whether at work or home or a friend's house. So I know it's not a network issue. It just disconnects and uses mobile data constantly. Any suggestions on remedying this? Thanks!

I'm having the same issue with my galaxy fold 5. Did you manage to find a fix?

I agree! Thanks! If you hear anything I would appreciate it. I've asked and was told it could be an app Interfering with the wifi. Try force-closing some apps and reset your phone. Recommend using CCleaner to force close all your apps in one shot. Also if your phone is heating up there is a safety mechanism that shuts off the wifi and Bluetooth for safety reasons. Good luck hopefully a fix comes sooner or later.

I don't blame you I've been trying everything myself and I am trying my best to Avoid hard reset because I don't want to re-download everything and type in passwords for the dozen of apps and accounts. Just thinking about it makes me want to break my phone lmao

Same here. And my network connection disconnects also at random times. Also my Bluetooth disconnects on it's own. I think it is happening on purpose to make us purchase the newer phones

That happens too but not as frequent...

Same here my Bluetooth and wifi turn off and it doesn't turn back on until I reset my phone several times then it will work then eventually disappear again. I think you are right. They do this for us to buy an upgrade. Very odd that I'm not the only one experiencing this. It happens when I'm at home and away.

Yeah, it's so annoying. I thought only Apple did this to their products.
