Galaxy Note PhonesHi.
My Note 9 goes through spells of power cycling. It started on Saturday. I booted it in safe mode and didn't have issues for about 24 hours, then it started again, so I did a factory reset, and am still having issues.
Any ideas @MrQue

Galaxy Note PhonesFound a solution : Disabling the finger print sensor. It has something to do with it putting out so many bad readings that it crashes the phone. A reset will NOT help. Disabling the finger print sensor did the trick.

Galaxy Note PhonesFollowup, still having issue. No SD card. No water damage. No overheating.
Not sure what's causing this. 😞

Galaxy Note PhonesHonestly, I would recommend having the phone evaluated by a certified technician. You can do so by visiting a local uBreakiFix location or you always have the option of sending it into the Samsung service center.
