My Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G battery is just shutting down even at 64%.  Can the battery be replaced for this phone, and how do I get a Samsung approved repair location  in  Baltimore County, Maryland.  Thanks

Shutting down at 60%+ is usually a sign the battery is worn out or not holding voltage properly anymore. The percentage looks fine, but under load it drops and the phone powers off. A battery replacement should fix it.

Iโ€™ve seen this happen on a few devices usually the battery starts to degrade and the percentage reading becomes unreliable. So even though it shows 60%, the actual charge can drop suddenly and cause a shutdown. In most cases, replacing the battery ends up fixing it.
