Refining Picture

Every time I take a picture now with my phone it says refining picture and it wont go away unless I restart the device. Every single time. What's causing this

Had the same problem, had to force close the camera app

Im having the same problem with my now 10 plus. Im with sprint. Just got my phone a couple days ago. Need help please.
