Galaxy Note PhonesSo tonight I did a software update on my Note 9 and when the update was over, my screen looked like it was zoomed in and positioned in the upper left corner. Whats weird is all the button mapping on the screen is the same, so it is hard to navigate. I rest my phone twice since this update but it has not helped or changed the issue at all. I have insurance on the phone so I might just go to the store in the morning and get it replaced. If anyone has any solutions it would be appreciated. I will be sure to update if I find any solutions.

Galaxy Note PhonesSee my reply below for solution.
High performance mode is the culprit. Turn off high performance mode.

Galaxy Note PhonesI found a solution. I did the update in high performance mode. Upon restart my note 9 was displaying the same issue. Zoomed in, almost unusable. The problem is the resolution.
I toggled high performance mode off, which reduced resolution, and put my phone back to a normal display.
I then reenabled high performance mode, and it's working as expected. It took some stylus use and tilting my phone to even properly activate the toggles or see them.

Galaxy Note PhonesOn reboot, in high performance mode, the problem came back.
On reboot without high performance mode, the phone launches as expected.
High performance mode is broken in this update.
