My note 9 allowed me to pause, fast forward, or reverse and did so with a time scale slide at the bottom of the display. My Note 20 only plays the videos with only pause play option. One cannot fast forward or reverse video. It also does not remember where it was if you exit and reenter. Any updates planed to fix this or ideas on how too?
